You already know why most of the kindest person are those who have been hurt the most, right?
Simple. Because they have been there, and they understand your feelings at that moment, your challenges, your pain.
They want to lend a hand in ways they can. 
When the person displays an act of genuine kindness, it sends out an energy to the Universe signaling the readiness for abundance. All unseen, powerful forces will work together to bring blessings of abundance to that person.
That’s why unknowingly, that conscious act of helping showers the doer with more.
In essence, don’t feel bad if you are in a not so comfortable state, believe in yourself , that you can redeem or pull yourself out from that or some kind person will be there for you! Have faith .
And when you’re out, you will be there for others , to be the kind person they need. That’s how it works . That’s how the Universe connects us together . We are all connected.
