If It’s Been Draining You, Let It Go
Feeling is one of the sensors of your body that give you signal, catches your awareness , provide signs that you are not in a good place, that your line has been crossed .
If there’s some recurring heavy , negative emotions within and you know where those are coming from, then you have to step back and think, if it’s time to let go and move forward.
When you have given your all and nothing seems to alleviate it, you can either temporarily leave that “space” and allow things to flow. Detach yourself from the thing, person, place which create the heavy energy.
Observe if regularly just stepping out of it could balance the energy and you can come back to it with more inner strength.
If the cause of the drain is YOU, then evaluate your priorities and desires.
Be mindful of your own limitations, of what you can do in a limited time and be realistic in setting your goals. Some things can wait. . Don’t rush to achieve the big goal, be joyful while doing the things that will get you there.
Drain sometimes can be confused with frustration. When you feel frustrated because you are not seeing yourself moving towards the direction you want, you miss to celebrate small wins which is the key to sustain inner strength and fires up inspiration for you to move lovingly towards it.
So know your triggers! What’s causing your loss of zest, why you feel drained!
Whatever is the answer , know that the body, mind and soul need some twist and healing f .
