In celebration of International Yoga Day today, It’s time to give thanks to our dear Master G. Thank you for all the teachings since day 1 as I enrolled at Daily Prana. You, as a coach, never failed to do your best in leading us. There are times I wanna give up because of time, and feeling ko indi ko kaya kag masarangan and next few days. I have to juggle my time as yogis in the morning, rice and egg delivery in the afternoon and fulltime mother 24/7. But God is great he is! Along the way I met people who helped me big-time and I was able to manage everything. At first few months I go to Prana just to sweat out, and release all my stress in Bastrika. But now, I go to Prana to learn, exert effort to the mx even if its painful at times kay gina arthritis si Apple, but I won’t give up. And I love it, every single drops of my sweat, every single day nga kaupod ko ikaw Coach and my forever love 8 am strong yogis. Forever grateful to you coach, thank you thank you coach hindi mo ako binitawan. May you continue to inspire and transform people’s life.

I’m so grateful that sound bath healing is finally available in Prana because it is something I have always wanted to try. It’s a whole new experience and I was so happy that I was able to connect with it. It was relaxing and I agree to what they say. It takes you to a blissful state. The first thing that I also noticed the moment I opened my eyes is that the muscle pain and uncomfortable feeling in my body were all gone after the sound bath. What I love that I learned in Prana is the spirituality of the practice, so its not just about being physically fit, but being mentally and spirituality well. So it’s the healing of the body the mind and the soul. So it’s a good feeling that you’re whole being is vibrating with positivity, joy and energy.

It’s interesting that there’s something only Prana can explain like the importance of a holistic approach to wellness. I’ve been practicing Reiki 1 & 2 for more than a year, and it’s really life – changing. It helped me so much with everything that I felt more divinely guided and protected. Leveling up to Reiki Master Healer is another milestone for my spiritual growth, it enhances my purpose to heal and serve others with a compassionate heart. It is indeed a magical, powerful and divinely limitless experience.

The Sound Bath experience that I recently had with Daily Prana is definitely one for the books!. It felt so out of this world for me. I honestly felt like my spirit got out of my body fo a moment. While I was initially anxious because I didn’t know what to expect, I got out feeling in awe of the whole experience. This is something my husband and I will definitely try again.
