Hi, Namaste everyone. My name is Joanne and I’m one of the Meditators here in Prana, so I’ve been with Prana for almost a year already. I started joining Prana when I was pregnant last year so I started with Yoga until Master G introduce me to Meditation. Yoga and Meditation is a perfect combination. Meditation actually helped me improve my breathing so I’m able to practice breathing which is very important when you’re pregnant especially if your already in labor. In Meditation I discover a lot and I become more braver and stronger because I was so afraid that I will not be able to deliver my baby normal, I was afraid of CS that’s why I told Master G that my main goal why I started yoga was for me to have a normal delivery and I was so glad she introduced me to Meditation, it really help me during my labor usually when you’re in labor you will be in great pain, but because I know my meditation and I know my breathing it help me ease the pain I was in labor for 12 hours and pushing through one hour I was able to do chakra meditation while having contractions and that’s the most amazing experience I ever had, and I’m very thankful with Master G because if she did not introduce me to Meditation I don’t know what will happen during labor. I was able to feel all the pain but I am braver I was alone in the labor room but because I believe in myself and that is one thing you will develop into meditation. I believe in myself more and I believe that my baby will go out healthy and normal so I gave birth last November 23, 2021 I’m very very thankful to Master G for introducing me to meditation and I hope you guys will also try meditation because you will discover a lot of things about yourself and will be able to overcome everything, Yes there will be challenges but you know that you are praying and your strong . thank you so much and have a great day everyone.
