Namaste, I’m Ena Topacio, I’ve been with Prana for almost 2 wonderful blissful years since I joined Yoga, Meditation and had my Chakral alignment there are a lot of noticeable changes in my life> Not to boast and brag , but I can say its magic. On the physical aspects I was able to maintain my target weight and controlled my hypertension, I also grow as a person learning how to deal with stress and learning how to deal with other people. Above all it’s only here in Prana where I learned to develop a deeper personal relationship with God through prayers and Meditation. I am a proud member of Prana since January 2020, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Master G for being such a wonderful teacher to us all. Thank you Master G.

I was introduced to Prana by a good friend and that was probably the best thing that happened to me. First it was only for yoga then I got into Meditation and then Reiki. Meditation helps me focus, clears my mind and really just places me and help me to focus on what is important and what is essential beyond work.

It was an amazing experience. It made me realize to love myself first in order for me to love others. That all the while you thought you are happy, but still there is sadness in your eyes, I think its because you care too much for the people around you that you depend your happiness in them. I think for me , it’s the other way around, I am happy if I see them happy. Thank you for making me realize to mind myself first so that I can care for them more.

I’m so grateful that sound bath healing is finally available in Prana because it is something I have always wanted to try. It’s a whole new experience and I was so happy that I was able to connect with it. It was relaxing and I agree to what they say. It takes you to a blissful state. The first thing that I also noticed the moment I opened my eyes is that the muscle pain and uncomfortable feeling in my body were all gone after the sound bath. I never doubted any suggestions or instructions that Master G told me to do to make me recover from my anxiety attacks and panic attacks. You know before, I cannot go to the mall alone , I cannot stay at home alone because I always think that I will have my attack or I will experience palpitations again or difficulty in breathing. After this treatment and sessions from Master G, everything changed and so this time I’d like to say thank you to you Master G for putting me back on the right track again.

An amazing and wonderful experience I’ve had so far. This I say is truly an awakening journey I’ve ever been in. Through this, I’ve not only got to know how beautiful life is, but most especially I’ve got the chance to know me deeper, where I am and how I am now.
