Meditation helps me focus, clears my mind and really just places me and help me to focus on what is important and what is essential beyond work.

I’m so grateful that sound bath healing is finally available in Prana because it is something I have always wanted to try. It’s a whole new experience and I was so happy that I was able to connect with it. It was relaxing and I agree to what they say. It takes you to a blissful state. The first thing that I also noticed the moment I opened my eyes is that the muscle pain and uncomfortable feeling in my body were all gone after the sound bath. Sound bath gave me blissful and amazing experience. It eliminates the anxiety that I felt that day, the different soothing sounds gave promises that everything will be ok. It gives a deep relaxation of both mind and body. After the session my emotions are calm and mind is clearer. Looking forward for another session.
