That all the while you thought you are happy, but still there is sadness in your eyes, I think its because you care too much for the people around you that you depend your happiness in them. I got into Meditation and Reiki through my wife. She was the first one who got into it obviously, and I can’t say that I was forced into it but at a curiosity I started doing the Chakral balancing sessions, eventually went into Meditation class, and then Reiki healing and everything doesn’t’ t feel rush and I felt like I don’t jump into decisions quickly as I did before. Reiki healing is really opening a new world for me.

I’m so grateful that sound bath healing is finally available in Prana because it is something I have always wanted to try. It’s a whole new experience and I was so happy that I was able to connect with it. It was relaxing and I agree to what they say. It takes you to a blissful state. The first thing that I also noticed the moment I opened my eyes is that the muscle pain and uncomfortable feeling in my body were all gone after the sound bath.
