Namaste, I’m Ena Topacio, I’ve been with Prana for almost 2 wonderful blissful years since I joined Yoga, Meditation and had my Chakral alignment there are a lot of noticeable changes in my life> Not to boast and brag , but I can say its magic. On the physical aspects I was able to maintain my target weight and controlled my hypertension, I also grow as a person learning how to deal with stress and learning how to deal with other people. Above all it’s only here in Prana where I learned to develop a deeper personal relationship with God through prayers and Meditation. I am a proud member of Prana since January 2020, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Master G for being such a wonderful teacher to us all. Thank you Master G.

Initially, I inquired about yoga lessons but when i learned that Prana was offering Reiki healing services, I felt it was more of a priority for me.

I have been doing ‘Innerwork’ for my deep trauma for the last several years. All I can say is, hands down Reiki healing is the best force strengthening and magnifying the results. It feels like it has catapulted me more to my overall healing. Absolutely brilliant results!

From what I’ve experienced, sometimes the healing feels like all love and light so much so that i felt like i don’t want the treatment to stop because i really love it. There are times when the treatment feels really intense physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually while releasing all the blockages. My body and soul felt all the sensations as it was responding well to the Reiki healing. When you are open and receptive, In tune with your body, the healing energy works better and faster.

Reiki healing is my favorite treatment. Reiki helps align our energies, frequencies, and vibrations — these are the Laws of the Universe and our World.
As above, So below. As within, So without. I feel i have a completely different energy now, one that is for my highest and greatest good and it truly feels out of this world.

Master G’s work and skills are amazing, magical, and Divinely Spiritual. Thank you so much Master G. You are God sent. You are indeed a Master in your field. Love and Light 💗

At Daily Prana, I lost physical weight thru yoga, and I lost emotional weight thru meditation. I was an invite I knew I needed, but my mind would find creative ways to avoid the practice. I knew what to do, I just didn’t hahaha. Until last week I finally decided it was time to to do so. And I’m so glad I did. I’m now on my 11th straight day of meditation practice, and a lot has been lifted off my chest. The wonderful thing about meditation with Prana is that, we’re not forced to say quiet and keep our minds blank. No. We bless the earth with love and kindness thru a prayer familiar to every Catholic. I invite you to try this modality if you are like me who would suddenly have anxiety attacks that are crippling and force you to shut out the world to escape its grasp. And guess what? There already a scientific basis.

I never felt bored at all in almost 10 hours of the event. I’m amazed at Master G’s presentation without anything on hand, no notebook, and no materials, it just flow freely. I just felt positive energy toward the people that are there. It makes me rethink what more I’m capable of.

An amazing and wonderful experience I’ve had so far. This I say is truly an awakening journey I’ve ever been in. Through this, I’ve not only got to know how beautiful life is, but most especially I’ve got the chance to know me deeper, where I am and how I am now. Truly a wonderful experience and I did not regret I’ve attended this activity, I am crafting my Happiness now by dropping everything down and focus on what is important, Me, Loving Me. Namaste
