    Master G! Namaste. Thank you for the wonder chakral balancing / healing. When you said  “welcome back “ I felt so rejuvenated and replenished. Mapa woooow and whoaaah kagid. Grabe and energy despite the very very stressful day! I had the energy to cope with it. I finished my work at 11:00 pm and drove pa going to Binalbagan. Master G! wala gid ko ka batyag kapoy nor dizziness. Until now , my energy pako so amazing!!! So good to be back. Thank you  very very much sa gift! I want to personally thank you but I could not make it na kagina. Woow you never fail to amaze me Master G. thank you gid Master G, nag heart to heart  talk kami bala ni Grace last night. Nag overnight kami, grabe gid bala pag change mo sa amon life, hindi kami ka get over sa journey namon with Prana. Thank you so much gid.     At Daily Prana,  I lost physical weight thru yoga, and I lost emotional weight thru meditation. I was an invite I knew I needed, but my mind would find creative ways to avoid the practice. I knew what to do, I just didn’t hahaha. Until last week I finally decided it was time to to do so. And I’m so glad I did. I’m now on my 11th straight day of meditation practice, and a lot has been lifted off my chest. The wonderful thing about meditation with Prana is that, we’re not forced to say quiet and keep our minds blank. No. We bless the earth with love and kindness thru a prayer familiar to every Catholic. I invite you to try this modality if you are like me who would suddenly have anxiety attacks that are crippling and force you to shut out the world to escape its grasp. And guess what? There already a scientific basis.

    Hi, Namaste everyone.  My name is Joanne  and I’m one of the Meditators  here in Prana, so I’ve been with Prana for almost a year already. I started joining Prana when I was pregnant last year so I started with Yoga until Master G introduce me to Meditation. Yoga and Meditation is a perfect combination. Meditation actually helped me improve my breathing so I’m able to practice breathing which is very important when you’re pregnant especially if your already in labor. In Meditation I discover a lot and I become more braver and stronger because I was so afraid that I will not be able to deliver my baby normal, I was afraid of CS that’s why I told Master G that my main goal why I started yoga was for  me to have a normal delivery and I was so glad she introduced me to Meditation, it really help me during my labor usually when you’re in labor you will be in great pain, but because I know my meditation  and I know my breathing  it help me ease the pain I was in labor for 12 hours and pushing through one hour  I was  able to do chakra meditation while having contractions and that’s the most amazing experience  I ever had, and I’m very thankful with Master G because  if she did not introduce me to Meditation I don’t know what will happen during labor.  I was able to feel all the pain but I am braver I was alone in the labor room but  because I believe in myself  and that is one thing you will develop  into meditation. I believe   in myself more and I believe that my baby will go out healthy and normal so I gave birth last November 23, 2021 I’m very very thankful to Master G for introducing me to meditation and I hope you guys  will also try meditation because you will  discover a lot of things about  yourself and will be able to  overcome everything, Yes there will be challenges but you know that you are praying  and your strong . thank you so much and have a great day everyone.

    I never doubted any suggestions or instructions that Master G told me to do to make me recover from my anxiety attacks and panic attacks. You know before, I cannot go to the mall alone , I cannot stay at home alone because I always think that I will have my attack or I will experience palpitations again or difficulty in breathing. After this treatment and sessions from Master G, everything changed and so this time I’d like to  say thank you to you Master G for putting me back on the right track again.
